TOM I’ANSON TROMBONIST

With over 10 years professional experience, Trombonist Tom I'Anson is a leading player in his field and has a wealth of experience of performing nationally and internationally. Training at the Leeds College of Music in Jazz before expanding into a career spanning Jazz, Pop, Brass Band and Hip-Hop genres.

As a session musician, Tom regularly performs and records around the UK. This has included recording with artists such as Reverend and the Makers, Dancing Years and UK soul signer, Dianne Shaw. Performance credits include theatre show "The Chicago Blues Brothers Tribute".

Tom is a lead performer with hip-hop brass band "Renegade Brass band" across the globe supporting with large scale shows and festivals supporting artists such as Jamie Cullum, Craig Charles Funk and Soul Band and Busta Rhymes. Recording on 4 albums with Renegade Brass Band including a session in the legendary Abbey Road Studios, London.

Tom also performs with "Back Chat Brass", a New Orleans style brass band that regularly works at weddings nationally and internationally alongside corporate function events for global renowned bands.
